Complaints Time Frame

The complaints received at the Branch level will be resolved within 7 days.
The Head Office will resolve the case in 10 days from the receipt of the complaint at the Head office either from the Branch or directly from the customer
If the branch is unable to satisfy the customer, he will refersuch complaints to the Grievance Redressal- Officer. The Grievance Redressal Officer will ensure to refer the case to the CEO / Board within 20 days from the date of receipt of the complaint at the Branch Office and within 10 days if the complaint is lodged directly at the Head Office.
