PERIOD OF LOAN
- Till the date of Project completion and sell out whichever is earlier subject to Maximum period of Five years (including Moratorium period).
- Moratorium period can be considered up to 24 months.
MARGIN
- Minimum 30% of Project (Construction) Cost
GUARANTOR
- Minimum Two Guarantors
RATE OF INTEREST
- Interest Rate : 15%* P.A.
