Housing Loan Scheme
For purchase of Flat/ Bungalow etc. - Registered Agreement value or Value as per valuation from Banks Panel Valuer (for resale house property) whichever is less
For Construction of house, bungalows etc. and Additions / alterations / repairs –As per estimate/ quotations submitted.
For take over loans – Outstanding Balances with the concerned Bank/Financial Institution at the time of takeover.
ELIGIBILITY
- The applicant must be a member of the bank and have an active banking relationship with the bank.
- Individual salaried persons with confirmed service and present repaying capacity The total deduction with proposed EMI should not be more than 65% of gross salary.
- Self-employed, businessperson, professionals and others with income tax return at least for last two years, with present repaying capacity.
PERIOD OF LOAN
- Maximum 240 months (including moratorium period)
MARGIN
- Housing Loan : 20% Margin
GUARANTOR
- At Least One Guarantor up to Loan Amount of Rs 35.00 Lakhs
- Two Guarantors for Loan Amount above Rs 35.00 Lakhs
RATE OF INTEREST
- Interest rate housing Loan : 9%* P.A
