- Individual/s, firms or companies who are Owners (lessors) of the property, who are members of the Bank and having Banking relation with Bank and have let out the property to reputed individual/s, firm/s, companies, Bank, PSU etc.
PERIOD OF LOAN
- Period of the loan will be equal to unexpired period of lease/rent agreement subject to maximum 120 Months.
MARGIN
- 15% of Property Value which is given as Security for Loan and 15% of Rent Receivable as mentioned above.
GUARANTOR
- Minimum Two Guarantors
RATE OF INTEREST
- ROI Above 200.00 Lakhs - 9.50%* P.A
- ROI Up to 200.00 Lakhs - 10.50%* P.A
