SMS Alert is highly secure as it only provides transaction alerts and about new schemes, offers, and services. PPC Bank will not charge you any maintenance charge for the same. However, the normal tariff of mobile service operators applies when you send a SMS.

What should I do if I change my mobile number?

If you change your mobile number, it is important to update it with the bank to continue receiving SMS alerts. Follow these steps:
  • Visit Your Branch: Go to the nearest branch of your bank.
  • Fill the Request Form: Complete the mobile number update form provided by the bank.
  • Provide Identification: Submit a valid ID proof along with the form for verification.
  • Submit the Request: Hand over the form to the bank official.
